The three players born in 2009 were selected in the second round of this year’s WHL Prospects Draft.

“We are excited to welcome Antonio, Kale and Shaun to the Calgary Hitmen” said Hitmen GM Garry Davidson. “This was a talented draft class and we are looking forward to having all three players be key parts of future Hitmen teams.”

McCann was drafted 29th overall. The Cochrane native and defenceman tallied seven goals and 36 points in 29 games for the Airdrie Xtreme U15 AAA this past campaign.

Hildebrandt, of Langley, B.C., racked up 24 goals and 50 points in 27 games with the Yale Hockey Academy U15 Prep. The forward was selected 43th overall by Calgary.
