If it were up to Eric Trump, he would send Prince Harry and Meghan Markle back to the U.K.
Donald Trump’s youngest son with ex-wife Ivanka Trump branded the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as “spoiled apples” and hinted that his father, if re-elected president, would consider deporting the couple, who have been living in California since 2020.
Trump spoke highly of the British Royal Family, but noted to GB News that there will always be “bad apples.”
He told journalist Ben Leo, “What I can tell you is, my father had so much respect for the Queen, as did I,” adding that his “mom knew so many of them for years and had a great relationship with Diana.”
He likened the family to “a sacred institution” — but not every member can be winners.
“You can happily have those two [Meghan and Harry], we might not want them anymore, it feels like they’re on an island of their own,” Trump said.
“You can always have bad actors in everything,” he added. “You can have spoiled apples in every orchard.”
Earlier this year, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump told the news channel that it’s possible Harry could get booted from the U.S.
When suggested that Harry might get “special privileges” if authorities learn that the royal had lied on his visa application, the former president was quick to say no.
“We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied, they’ll have to take appropriate action.”
When Donald Trump was asked if “appropriate action” meant “not staying in America,” he replied, “Oh, I don’t know. You’ll have to tell me. You just have to tell me. You would have thought they would have known this a long time ago.”

Harry revealed in his memoir Spare that he took drugs while in America, which, under U.S. law, would be grounds to have a visa application rejected.
Donald Trump bluntly told Piers Morgan that he is “not a fan of Meghan” and “wasn’t right from the beginning.”
He added: “I think poor Harry is being led around by his nose. And I think he’s an embarrassment. And I think she spoke badly of the Royal Family, but in particular the Queen.”
While talk of Trump debating Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris remains a bone of contention for the pair, he said in an interview with conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt that he would be up to taking on Meghan.
“I’d love to debate her. I would love it. I disagree so much with what they’re doing,” Trump said. “I didn’t like the way she dealt with the queen.”
Trump went on to describe the late monarch as an “incredible woman.”
He added: “At 95, she was so sharp. She was 100%. When you watch Biden, you say, ‘This is a different planet.’”
