Police are appealing for the public’s help to find wanted man Joe Garland. The 37-year-old is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the terms of his licence.
Garland is said to have links in Bath but Avon and Somerset police advise members of the public not to approach him. He is described as a white male around 5ft8 with a stocky build.
In a picture released by officers, Garland is shown to have short blond hair, blue eyes and a tattoo on his neck. This is not the first time Garland has been wanted by police.

In 2018, he was sentenced to four years in prison after he bullied his naive teenage girlfriend into trying to smuggle him drugs in her knickers. Garland organised the supply operation through text messages and arranged for friends in Bristol to ferry his then-girlfriend Chelsea Bennett to Channings Wood jail in Devon by car.
Now Garland is wanted for breaching the terms of his licence. Avon and Somerset police pleaded: “If you see him, please call us and quote reference 5224200429.”
