A win for USA will secure top spot in the group, while a goal difference of eight will need to be overcome if Australia are to finish above their opponents.
Germany, with three points to their name, start the day in second spot and face Zambia, who are without a point.
Germany could win and still finish third if Australia produce the unlikely goal difference swing they need to finish above the USA.
Zambia enter the final round with a goal difference of minus four – but a big win against Germany, and a defeat for Australia, could still see the Africa nation secure second spot.
