It will be a dry and bright day with some sunny intervals, the best of which will develop along the east coast, forecasters have said.

There will be a good deal of cloud around at times, coupled with light winds and warm weather again. The maximum temperature will be 21C.

It will be a dry start this evening with some sun along the east coast but thicker cloud will soon spread from the west with a few showery outbreaks,. The minimum temperature will be 12C.

On Thursday, it will be a bright day with broken cloud allowing some sunshine at times. There will be a few light showers around and it will be warm or very warm with a maximum temperature of 23C.

The outlook for Friday to Sunday is cloudier on Friday with showery outbreaks of rain and some brighter spells. There will be sunny spells and scattered showers on Saturday and it will then be windy with some rain on Sunday. Overall, it will be mostly warm.
