England and Chelsea football star Conor Gallagher made the trip to Croke Park this afternoon for the All-Ireland hurling final between Clare and Cork.

The 24-year-old’s girlfriend Áine May Kennedy is originally from Cork, growing up just outside Cork city in Glenville, with her family running the Kades Kounty pub in the village.

The pair headed to the capital this afternoon just one week after England’s loss to Spain at the Euros to cheer Cork on in the final.

However, model Áine May took to Instagram to share that they had forgotten to bring their jerseys with them to the match, so instead opted for coordinating Ireland quarter-zips.

The couple had previously been on the hunt for tickets to the match, Áine May’s dad Barry told the Sunday World at Dortmund for England’s semi-final win over the Netherlands.

“(Conor) wants to come to the All-Ireland, he has seen hurling on television and really wants to see the game and go with Áine May,” Barry explained.

“He’s after asking me to get two tickets for the All-Ireland for Cork in Dublin!”

Áine May (26) moved to London from Cork with hopes of becoming a professional dancer, but instead signed up as a model with the Pulse Agency.

She has been dating Conor (24) since 2018, having first met him in London.

The couple, who live in a mansion in Surrey, take regular romantic trips abroad, including city breaks to the likes of Barcelona, New York and Paris, sun holidays in Portugal and Santorini, and skiing trips to Val d’Isère and St Moritz.

They also share an adorable three-year-old Chow dog called Freddy, who has his own Instagram page with more than 1,200 followers (Áine May has over 62,000 on her Instagram).

But it’s Conor who is clearly the love of Áine May’s life.

“The proudest girlfriend, you are fabulous,” she raved in March 2021, as she posted a pic of Conor in an England jersey.

At the end of last year’s Premier League season, she gushed: “Another year. My best friend. I am so proud of everything you achieve.”
