A 55-year-old man has been charged with attempting to prevent a lawful burial.
The charge is in relation to the death of a man in Derry earlier this week.
The deceased man, who was in his 80s, was discovered at a house on Culmore Road on Wednesday (July 17).
He has been named locally as Noel O’Sullivan.
The man charged is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court on Monday (July 22).
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
