Two people allegedly involved in “high-level cocaine distribution” throughout the city were arrested last week in Scarborough.

Toronto Police say the investigation, dubbed Project Cristalino, began in March and involved search warrants executed on two residences and one vehicle in the area of Birchmount Rd. and Danforth Ave.

Officers seized 969 grams of cocaine, 28 grams of fentanyl, Canadian currency, drug paraphernalia and an illegal firearm, police alleged in a news release on Friday.

Jacob Coburn-Winter, 34, of Toronto, was charged with five counts of trafficking a schedule 1 substance, four counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking, six counts of possession of the proceeds of crime, and firearm charges.

Sarah Kennedy, 34, of Toronto, was charged with two counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking.
