Sadio Mane has welcomed his first child with wife Aisha Tamba, celebrating the arrival of his daughter with a touching goal celebration.
The 32-year-old Al-Nassr forward marked the special occasion during Friday’s match by mimicking rocking a baby in his arms after scoring.
Mane beamed with pride as he performed the celebration, dedicating his goal to his newborn daughter.
The birth comes 14 months after the couple’s wedding, which took place in January 2024.

Al-Nassr confirmed the happy news, sharing the footballer’s joy with fans as he embraces fatherhood for the first time.
Mane tied the knot with 19-year-old Tamba last year in Keur Massar, an area in Senegal’s capital city of Dakar, after previously paying her school fees.
The wedding took place just six days before the start of the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations.
The couple had kept their relationship private before their marriage, only revealing details after the ceremony.

Friends, family and fellow footballers attended the celebration in January 2024.
Tamba was still a student when the couple met, with reports suggesting Mane vowed to marry her as soon as they started dating.
Al-Nassr played a key role in announcing the birth, sharing a video of Mane at the club’s training facility.

In the footage, the footballer recites a verse from the Quran.
Mane chose Al khaf ayat 46: “Wealth and children are the adornment of this worldly life, but the everlasting good deeds are far better with your Lord in reward and in hope.”
The Saudi club captioned the video: “A new blessing for Sadio Mane! Wishing him and his family endless joy.”

Mane’s goal celebration came during Al-Nassr’s 3-1 victory over Al-Kholood.
The Senegalese star scored his team’s second goal of the match, adding to Cristiano Ronaldo’s fourth-minute opener.
Jhon Duran later sealed the win with a third goal four minutes before half-time.

The three points were crucial for Al-Nassr as they pursue league leaders Al-Ittihad.
The Saudi giants currently trail by 10 points with nine matches remaining in the season.
