Fans of ITV’s The Chase were tempted to switch off as they took aim at the contestant’s choices.
The popular game show, hosted by Bradley Walsh, was back for another instalment on Tuesday (March 11) with a brand new set of contestants.
But the familiar format appeared to leave viewers “bored” as they noticed that the contestants were willing to play it safe when going head-to-head with chaser Darragh ‘The Menace’ Ennis.
Although Darragh offered each contestant thousands of pounds with tempting high offers, no one was brave enough to go for it leaving viewers at home rather disappointed.
After witnessing player number four Andrew take the £4,000 that he earnt, fans flooded online site X with their opinions.
One viewer said: “Well that episode was boring! Only £4K each! That’s not much for a once in a lifetime opportunity! Why can’t anybody go high? You should at least expect a £10K win each person at least!”
