A couple has transformed a ‘drab’ 20-year-old caravan into a luxury holiday home using cheap purchases found online. Holly and James transformed their dated caravan into a beautiful modern space using stick-on tiles, soft furnishings and chair covers bought online.
Holly said: “We wanted a space that worked for our family adventures.”
Their renovation included installing a new diesel heater and updating the kitchen with rattan cane webbing. By using budget-conscious materials and retaining some original fittings, they created a modern mobile home for family trips.
On their shopping list, they got accessories, kitchen self-adhesive tiles and chair covers from Temu. Another Temu fan, Jade, transformed a caravan in three weeks.
Her journey began with removing and repainting cupboards in sage green, complemented by white walls. Then she applied patterned tiles, and used vinyl wraps, and turned the caravan into a luxurious home. She got curtains, poles for the windows, and a bottle opener from Temu and the last one was just £1.67.
