The Wailers are set to embark on an extensive and remarkable journey later this year, celebrating a landmark moment for their most acclaimed album. The band, renowned for their formation and tours with reggae legend Bob Marley, will mark the 40th anniversary of their 1984 compilation album “Legend” with a huge tour.
In the UK this year, the iconic musicians have scheduled 12 performances across November, gracing stages in cities including Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool, and London – among others. Most importantly, though; The Wailers will be hitting Bristol’s O2 Academy on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
During this journey, audiences can anticipate live renditions of some of their most celebrated hits from ‘Legend’, such as ‘No Woman, No Cry’, ‘Buffalo Soldier’, ‘Jamming’, and others. What’s more, they’ll be all under the leadership of Aston Barrett Jr, son of the legendary Aston “Familyman” Barrett.
