Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper has amassed a fortune of nearly £1 million through his television and farming ventures, a remarkable transformation from previously earning just 50p per hour.
The 26-year-old farmer from Chipping Norton has seen his financial fortunes dramatically change since becoming Jeremy Clarkson’s popular sidekick on the hit Amazon series.
Cooper’s TV company, Kaleb Cooper Productions, has pocketed £910,000 in profit, with his farming businesses bringing his total earnings to £986,883, The Mirror reports.
This financial success marks an extraordinary shift for the young farmer who once spoke about the meagre hourly rate he paid himself due to farming’s volatile profit margins.
Accounts filed this week reveal Cooper’s TV company has £960,000 in assets before bills, including £400,000 in cash.
His takings in the year to June 2024 include a £666,000 profit for the year.

Cooper previously spoke about his modest earnings on Ben and Georgie Ainslie’s Performance People podcast in 2022.
“I worked it out the other day, do you know how much my hourly rate is, how much I pay myself? 50p an hour,” he revealed.
This stark contrast to his hard work was highlighted by Jeremy Clarkson, who praised: “He’s a wonderful, wonderful person. The hardest working person I know.”
Clarkson added that Cooper “doesn’t have a day off either. He does 18 hours a day, every day.”
Cooper’s business acumen emerged early. After receiving three chickens for his 13th birthday, he began selling eggs door-to-door, later expanding to sheep and lamb meat.
Cooper has consistently expressed that his “one goal in life” is to own his own farm, something he wants “more than anything.”
With his newfound wealth, this dream now appears increasingly achievable.
“I’ll make all the money now, hopefully have a farm, then chill out, go partying and be in Ibiza,” he previously stated.
The Chipping Norton native serves as farm manager on Clarkson’s 1,000-acre Diddly Squat Farm.
His journey from tractor driver to successful businessman has been documented throughout the popular Amazon series.
Cooper’s financial success represents a significant step toward achieving his lifelong ambition of farm ownership.
Cooper’s personal life is also flourishing alongside his professional success.
