Andrew Tate has left Romania, as travel restrictions on the controversial influencer have been lifted.
Tate, alongside his brother Tristan, was arrested three years ago and faces trial on allegations of rape, trafficking minors and money laundering, all of which the pair have denied.
Sources in Bucharest have told local media and the BBC the brothers left by private jet from Baneasa airport, heading in the direction of the US.
In response to the charges against them last year, the media team for the Tate brothers said: “While this news is undoubtedly predictable, we embrace the opportunity it presents to demonstrate their innocence and vindicate their reputation.

It comes as Romania’s foreign minister said he had not come under pressure from President Donald Trump’s envoy to lift restrictions on the social media influencer.
The Financial Times reported earlier this week that sources said US officials had brought up the case of the brothers, both former kickboxers with dual US and British citizenship, in a phone call to the Romanian government.
Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu told Euronews that he had had an informal chat with Trump’s special envoy Richard Grenell in a hallway during last week’s Munich conference.
Hurezeanu cited Grenell as saying he remained interested in the fate of the Tate brothers, adding: “I did not perceive this statement as pressure, just a repeat of a known stance.”
