A Bristol office building near Temple Meads station that has been completely refurbished has welcomed its first tenants.

Engineering consultants AECOM and consultancy firm DNV have both completed deals for space at 3 Rivergate – a 75,000 sq ft building in the Temple Quay area.

Aecom has taken 15,124 sq ft of space within the building, while DNV has agreed a deal for 11,261 sq ft. A further 10,524 sq ft is currently under offer, leaving 48,615 sq ft on the ground, second and third floor available.

Richard Kidd at CBRE, which is advising the landlord as project managers and acting jointly with LSH as leasing agents, said: “3 Rivergate is the perfect building for companies looking for high-quality sustainable office space with excellent amenities right next to Temple Meads rail station.

“The fact we have already got almost 50 per cent of the building let or under offer is testament to the quality of the building and its prime location.”

The building’s sustainability credentials include an EPC A rating, BREEAM Excellent and a certified WiredScore Platinum.

According to CBRE, 3 Rivergate offers “large and flexible floorplates”, a re-modelled ground-floor reception with meeting space and showers, lockers and drying facilities.

“It also offers excellent secure car and cycle parking just a two minute walk from Temple Meads station,” a spokesperson added.
