Tyson Fury’s property company has reportedly been struck off the register after failing to submit any accounts since its establishment in January 2023.

The former heavyweight champion’s firm GreenwayBalmoral Ltd, where he was listed as sole director, was dissolved last week through a compulsory strike-off action by Companies House.

His company received a warning in December that it would be removed from the register within two months unless objections were raised, according to The Sun.

The development marks a big setback for the Gypsy King, 36, who announced his fifth retirement from boxing in January following his defeat to Oleksandr Usyk.

The company was established for “buying and selling of own real estate” and “letting and operating of own or leased real estate”.

Under UK law, company directors face personal fines for failing to file accounts on time.

The penalty starts at £1,500 for the first year of non-compliance.

This amount doubles to £3,000 for the second year of failing to submit accounts.

These properties stand in stark contrast to his dissolved property company’s performance.

“Clearly his future isn’t in property development,” a source was quoted as telling the publication.

Despite the property company’s failure, Fury’s other business ventures show remarkable success.
