Vogue Williams has revealed she went for a fertility check as she weighs up a huge family life decision with Spencer Matthews.
The television and radio presenter said she decided to go and get checked ahead of her 40th birthday later this year. Although Vogue admits she “doesn’t even know” if she wants to expand her family.
Former Made in Chelsea star Spencer, 36, and Vogue already share children Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and two-year-old Otto together. They have previously ruled out having more children in the near future.

Speaking on the Help My Therapist Ghosted me podcast with close friend Joanne McNally, Vogue said: “I went to get fertility checked. I think in this day and age everyone’s just worried about fertility and I don’t even know if I want to have another child, but I went to get it checked.”
Vogue went on to reveal her doctor said she “double dropped” an egg, prompting concern from husband Spencer. She added: “I’ve double dropped an egg this month. Now Spencer is wearing five condoms just in case.”

Spencer and Vogue had previously revealed they were content with the size of their family, with the Irish celeb confessing she couldn’t face breastfeeding so soon after Otto. Vogue also hoped to do more travelling in 2025, something she admits would be more difficult with a baby in tow.
On their Spencer and Vogue podcast in December, she said: “I think we have decided that we are quite happy with three kids.”
Spencer added: “I think, for now, we have decided that we want to focus on our beautiful family as it is, because we have had so many years of it just being hectic. Like, it’s just beginning to feel normal now, and every time we get to that, we bolt on another kid.”

Spencer also said he had a moment of sudden realisation when it dawned on him that he was a father of three. He explained: “I woke up the other day and thought, ‘I’ve got three f****** kids’. It just suddenly hit me, it was quite weird.”
He admitted another child would mean Vogue is “out of order for another three years” as she raises their young children. It prompted the couple to make the decision to “prioritise ourselves”.
Vogue and Spencer began dating in 2017 with the reality TV star popping the question after a year of dating during a backstage tour of Disney’s award-winning musical The Lion King. They got married in June 2018 at the Matthews family’s 10,000-acre country estate in Glen Affric, Scotland, around 15 miles from Loch Ness.
