Egg whites can even be utilised in DIY face masks. To alleviate inflammation and redness, you can mix egg whites with other ingredients, such as chamomile tea and aloe vera.

However, it’s recommended to use egg masks only two to three times a week. Also, avoid using several eggs daily and perform a patch test before applying egg whites to your skin.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult your doctor if you have any concerns. Avocados benefit hair due to their rich nutrient content, promoting healthy growth and repair.
