Finding the perfect pair of jeans often comes with a challenge: the legs are too small but the waist is perfect or visa versa. But Roman fans are lauding praise on a pair of jeans which come in an ‘interesting’ colour for their comfortable fit and ‘interesting’ style. Even better, they’re on sale.
The Chocolate Cotton Blend Wide Leg Stretch Jeans usually retail at £42 but they’ve recently had their price slashed to £35 – knocking off 16%. Coming in sizes 10 to 20, the jeans’ make-up ensure they’re a dream to wear: name a better combination that wide leg and stretchy material?
Embracing the on-trend style loved by all, the wide leg, the jeans are also finished in a colour that we’re seeing a lot of in 2025, chocolate brown. With Pantone crowning Mocha Mousse the hue of the year as we saw in 2025, it’s no surprise. And we’re totally obsessed.

The jeans are slim and fitted at the waist, thus flattering your figure, before skirting over the tummy and hips, flowing out into a wide leg that works gorgeously with boots, trainers or heels. Cut from a comfortable cotton and elastane blend denim (making them pretty bloat friendly), these jeans feature a secure zip and button fastening, as well as functional belt loops, for added style. It has both front and back pockets for a practical edge too.

In winter, we’d pair them with a shirt and knitted vest in a complimenting neutral colour with boots, while the warmer months will call for a chic, sleeveless blouse and sandals. As is often the case with Roman fashion, the jeans come in a handful of colours from your regular blues to greens and greys. But its the brown pair that have certainly caught the eyes of shoppers (and ourselves).
Despite having recently launched, the jeans already have accrued a number of glowing comments, with one five star review raving: “Size fits perfect and very comfortable. Good length.”
“I purchased these because they are on trend and look flattering and comfortable and look good with ankle boots,” said another, while a third added: “I chose these jeans because the colour is an interesting neutral – they make a change from wide leg joggers for a casual look.” We couldn’t agree more.
Now, as they’re relatively new additions, they don’t have any negative comments on their style, fit or overall features just yet. With that in mind, our only thing to take note of would be that the approximate length of the jeans (from waist to hem, we believe) is 78cm. So it may be worthwhile measuring if they will be long or short enough for you.
Now, with chocolate brown being a popular trend for 2025, it’s no surprise that there are a plethora of shops jumping on the brown jean bandwagon – for example you can get these ASOS DESIGN dad jean in brown tint for £38, while M&S’ iteration are £35 – although many sizes have sold out, proving their popularity.
