It is a story set in Sicily in 412 BC about two unemployed potters, who decide to enlist a group of starving Athenian soldiers imprisoned in the nearby quarry to stage a production of Medea. Oh, and the potters speak like modern-day Dubliners. If it sounds like Glorious Exploits might have been a hard sell for Ferdia Lennon to his agent, you’d be… well, wrong.
