Viewers of Love Island: All Stars have expressed their disappointment, claiming they’ve “never been more bored” after a game took a “disappointing” turn.
The episode aired on Friday (7th February) continued with the Snog, Marry, Pie game from the previous night, where the Islanders stood by the pool awaiting their fate.
The tension had mounted in Thursday’s episode, which concluded on a cliffhanger as Samie was about to choose who to kiss amidst her recent love triangle involving Luca and Grace.
Earlier in the week, newcomer Samie had ruffled feathers by showing interest in Luca, who had previously messaged her before the show.

Luca reassured his partner Grace that he was committed to her, but the boys encouraged him to consider a connection with Samie, citing she was “his type on the outside”.
The drama intensified during Wednesday’s Spin the Bottle/Truth or Dare game when Luca kissed Samie against Grace’s wishes.
This set the stage for high anticipation in the latest episode, but viewers were left feeling let down when Samie opted to kiss Curtis on the cheek instead and pied Luca, leading to a lacklustre reaction from the audience.
Disgruntled fans didn’t hesitate to voice their opinions on X (formerly Twitter), with one viewer lamenting: “I’ve never been more bored in my life this episode is so dry. Snog, Marry, Pie is supposed to be entertaining omg,” reports the Mirror.

“So basically the cliffhanger was for nothing just for Samie to give Curtis a kiss on his cheek,” one viewer commented, while another chimed in: “That cliffhanger was for no reason literally.”
A fourth fan shared their disappointment: “This season of all stars was actually getting so entertaining and now we’re wasting nearly two episodes on the pie challenge it’s so long winded and becoming boring.”
Meanwhile, one eagle-eyed viewer revealed they had accurately predicted the episode’s outcome: “I knew Samie wasn’t gonna kiss Luca because if she was they would have left the cliffhanger after the kiss.”
The latest episode also included a recoupling where the boys chose which girl they wanted to pair up with. Samie and Danielle were left without partners, resulting in their departure from the island.
Love Island: All Stars airs Sunday to Thursday on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
