Gino D’Acampo has faced yet another blow as ITV has pulled a series of the TV chef’s shows from its schedule amid the “inappropriate” behaviour allegations.
The star’s blow comes after an ITV investigation allegedly uncovered numerous allegations of inappropriate and intimidating behaviour by D’Acampo spanning 12 years.
Back in December 2024, The Sun claimed a woman who worked with D’Acampo, 48, between 2006 and 2011 had lodged a formal complaint with ITV bosses.
ITV has since reported that more people have come forward and detailed their experiences when working with the TV chef, noting his behaviour as “unacceptable,” “distressing” and “horrendous”.
D’Acampo has firmly denied the allegations and told ITV News: “I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over 10 years ago.
“I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied. I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone.

“This is simply not in my nature. I do not recognise the version of events being put to me. Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.
“I am a father, and husband and have worked with well over 1,500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of. I take such matters extremely seriously and the suggestion that I have acted in an improper way against is deeply upsetting.”
Since then, ITV has dropped two episodes of Gino’s Italy: Secrets of the Southwhich were originally due to air at the weekend and have been replaced by Abbey Clancy: Celebrity Homes.
Family Fortunes will also reportedly not air and ITV News reports that episodes filmed in 2023 will also be pulled from ever being aired.

Gino’s Italian Family Adventure will also no longer be aired
ITV
The ITV News investigation stated: “Most recently Gino D’Acampo has been the host of one of ITV’s longest-running gameshows Family Fortunes.
“But ITV News understands the series, filmed in 2023, is not currently scheduled for broadcast and ITV has no plans to work with D’Acampo.”
On Thursday night, ITV released a statement of their findings which claimed: “The standards of behaviour that ITV expects are very clear.
“Everyone working with ITV is subject to ITV’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. At ITV we treat everyone with courtesy, fairness, dignity and respect and do not tolerate abusive behaviour of any form in the workplace.
“All of the concerns and complaints raised by those who have spoken to ITN describe behaviour which is inappropriate and unacceptable. Most of them were not reported to ITV at the time. Where issues have been raised with ITV action has been taken.”
Objective Media Group, which co-produced Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip in 2018 also released a statement that claimed the “welfare and wellbeing of all its production staff and teams incredibly seriously.”
Studio Ramsey, which produced Gino’s Italian Family Adventure and co-produced Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip in 2018 claimed: “Studio Ramsay have not worked on a series with Gino D’Acampo since 2022.
“Whilst we do not disclose or discuss personnel matters publicly, Studio Ramsay is committed, in conjunction with our broadcast partners, to a safe and professional work environment.
