One person has been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision in west Belfast.

The collision happened shortly before 11.30am on Friday close to the junctions of Kennedy Way and the Andersonstown Road.

Several emergency vehicles including the ambulance service and police attended the incident.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police attended the scene of a two-vehicle road traffic collision in the Andersonstown Road area of west Belfast at approximately 11.25am this morning.

“One person was taken to hospital to be treated for injuries.”
