Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s pal has accidentally shared a picture of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
A private Christmas card photo of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their children was accidentally revealed in the Manhattan home of feminist icon Gloria Steinem.
The black and white family portrait was spotted by eagle-eyed royal fans in the background of Steinem’s office during an Architectural Digest interview.
The intimate snapshot, displayed on a table stand in her living room, offers a rare glimpse of Prince Harry and Meghan with their children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.

In the charming photograph, the Sussex family is captured lying on a bale of hay, with the image taken from above.
Five-year-old Archie can be seen playfully placing his hand across his mother Meghan’s forehead.
Three-year-old Princess Lilibet displays a bright, beaming smile in the intimate portrait.
The private Christmas card differs from their official 2024 Archewell Foundation card, which showed the children rushing to hug their parents.

It’s no surprise Steinem received a personal Christmas card, as she and Meghan have maintained a close friendship for years.
“Meg is herself, smart, authentic, funny, political. She came home to vote,” Steinem previously told Access.
Their friendship blossomed after they filmed a conversation about women’s rights, discovering they lived just 45 minutes apart.
The pair have collaborated on various initiatives, with Steinem even referring to the Sussexes as “chosen family” in a 2022 Vogue interview.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been notably protective of their children’s privacy since moving to California.
“Harry has been reluctant to show his children publicly, not out of a desire to hide them but to protect their privacy and safety from potential threats,” a friend of the Sussexes told People last year.
The couple has shared only a handful of photos of Archie and Lilibet over the years, making each new glimpse particularly special for royal watchers.
The Sussex children lead a markedly different life from their Wales cousins, growing up away from public view on America’s West Coast.

The recent glimpse into the Sussexes’ private life comes as Meghan has begun sharing more family moments on social media since her New Year’s Day return to Instagram.
Last month, the Duchess posted a heartfelt tribute to her late dog Guy, featuring rare clips of the children with the beloved beagle.
In the touching video, both Archie and Lilibet’s voices could be heard singing: “We love you, Guy! And we’ll be true, when you’re not near us, we’re blue!”
