A Toronto man accused of assault is wanted by police after he allegedly removed his ankle monitoring device.

Toronto Police said Kyle Kaldenbach, 27, was supposed to wear a monitoring device as part of a release order issued last Oct. 24.

He was before the courts on charges of assault/choking, two counts of assault, being unlawfully in dwelling and failing to comply with a release order. In addition, he’s now also wanted for another charge of failing to comply with a release order and on a surety warrant.

Police alleged he attended an area where he was not permitted to be, and his location is unknown as he removed his ankle monitor.

He is described as 6-foot-2, 165 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair.
