Several people have been taken to hospital following a fire in Dungannon.
It’s understood at least six police officers and at least four members of the public are being treated for injuries and smoke inhalation.
Distressing footage shows a child screaming at an upstairs window for help as the exit is engulfed in flames.
One man was taken away in handcuffs
The incident happened in the Cunningham Lane area.
Road users are advised Cunningham Way in Dungannon is currently closed due to an ongoing fire. Please avoid the area and seek alternate routes for your journey.
The Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service and NI Ambulance Service have been contacted for comment.
