Love Island has reportedy seen another star depart from the villa, marking the second exit in just a few days. Ron Hall is the latest ITV personality to allegedly make a dramatic departure, following Scott Thomas’ surprising exit less than 24 hours prior.

Having entered the villa as a bombshell earlier in the series, Ron has reportedly decided to leave after failing to establish a connection with any of the female contestants.

A source revealed to The Mirror: “Ron has left the villa. He feels he no longer wants to wait to see if he’ll find a connection with a new bombshell.”

This news follows hot on the heels of Love Island star Scott Thomas’ decision to leave the show during the previous night’s episode, informing his fellow islanders that his time in the villa had ended.

The 36-year-old had previously sat down with Tina Stinnes to discuss their relationship, telling her: “Something is holding me back from going to the next level…I want to give you that, but I can’t if I don’t fully feel it. You fully deserve that.”

After overhearing Elma Pazar’s comment that he’d had “two blinding birds” but found something “missing for both of them”, Scott engaged in a heated discussion with her before gathering the cast around the firepit to announce his decision to leave.

“I don’t want this to be sad because I’ve had the best time ever, but I’ve made the decision to leave and I think it’s the right time. I don’t want everyone to be sad, I’m in a good place about it,” he declared.

Speaking to host Maya Jama after his exit, Scott reflected, “The first time I did this show, I had that instant connection with someone, and it made everything so much easier,” nostalgically referring to his ex-partner, Kady McDermott.

Scott continued: “I think I took it for granted the first time round. To find someone, you’ve got that – I call it fireworks. I had a connection with Tina, but it wasn’t fireworks, and yeah, it feels like the right decision.”

Following suit, Ron has now also reportedly departed the show, unable to find romance. The ex-financial advisor, recognised from the ninth series of Love Island and his relationship with Lana Jenkins, initially paired with Kaz Crossley after arriving as a ‘bombshell’.

But Kaz was soon swept off her feet by newcomer Montel McKenzie, leading to their eventual eviction from the villa.

Subsequently, Ron joined forces with Harriett Blackmore when she opted to recouple with him. Despite this, he disclosed his lack of romantic interest in the 24-year-old.
