Police have issued an urgent appeal to find a 16-year-old girl who has gone missing from her home in north Wiltshire and has links to Bristol.

Wiltshire Police said the girl, named as Annabelle, was last seen on Monday, January 27 in the Malmesbury area, and has links to both Swindon and Bristol.

“We are urgently appealing for information about 16-year-old Annabelle, who has been reported missing from the Malmesbury area,” a spokesperson for Malmesbury Police said. “She was last seen yesterday, Monday, January 27, and her family are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“She is described as approximately 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, with brown hair that sits just below shoulder length. Annabelle also has links to Swindon and Bristol.

“Anyone who knows where she currently is should call us on 999. If you have general information that could help locate her, please call Wiltshire Police on 101,” he added.
