B&M has thoroughly impressed shoppers after stocking shelves with an item customers say is the ‘most stunning thing they’ve seen’. The budget superstore is known for selling almost anything you could need all under one roof – including gardening, pet essentials, beauty, DIY tools, food, loungewear, gym gear, electricals and homeware.

As part of the store’s latest homeware range, B&M has released a new scalloped-edge fluted bowl that has impressed thousands and gone viral on social media. The decorative piece was highlighted in a video on TikTok, which has been watched more than 77k times and gained plenty of positive comments.

A user called Aspen Home showed how she’s using the bowl in her house and couldn’t get over its design and price. “Only £6, SIX POUND for the most STUNNNN fluted bowl. Such a bargain and so pretty,” she wrote in the caption.

One viewer replied: “On my way to b&m now!” A second wrote: “Bought one today it’s lush.” A third told the TikToker: “The most stunning capture of this bowl from all the vids I’ve seen!”

Another said: “I love this but don’t know what I’d use it for.” The TikToker responded: “I’ve got makeup and stuff in mine could even use it as a fruit bowl I suppose.” One more described the statement bowl as a “beauty”.

In another TikToker video, by a content creator called Bessie, the bowl was praised for it ‘luxorious’ design. “Guys look what I’ve found in @B&M Stores. The viral, fluted bowl for just £6!!!!” Bessie said in the caption.

The video included a montage of all the ways she’s using the product to decorate her house. She added: “I always get asked where I got this fluted bowl from. Truth is, I searched everywhere for a bigger one. But everything was over £50, so I settled for this smaller one on Amazon. But look what I spotted in B&M today. The perfect bigger size version for just £6.”

She continued: “I’m obsessed with the scallop edge, and it looks perfect in every room. It’s made from real marble powder, and you know it’s gonna sell straight out. So head to B&M and grab one while you can.”

In the comment section, a viewer called Jess said: “I brought this today!” Katie added: “I don’t understand how they can sell a bowl for £59. I love the shops bringing cheaper alternatives!”

The £6 bowl is yet to be added to B&M’s website, so shoppers are best to visit their nearest store in person to check. The item could easily be mistaken for a high-end brand, including Att Pynta’s white Harmonia Marble Bowl, which costs £54.

Or Fenwick’s Bag and Bones’ Concertina Bowl, which costs £59. So by opting for B&M’s own-brand £6 version, homeowners could get a ‘luxury-looking’ item for less.
