Canadiens defenceman Lane Hutson is having a very impressive rookie season in the NHL.
After picking up three assists in Tuesday’s 5-3 road win over the Utah Hockey Club, the 22-year-old Hutson was leading all NHL rookies in scoring with 3-32-35 totals in in 43 games.
On this Hockey Inside/Out bonus episode, former Canadiens teammates and 1986 Stanley Cup champions Chris Nilan and Rick Green join The Gazette’s Stu Cowan to talk about Hutson’s impressive play — and his chances are of winning the Calder Trophy this season as the NHL’s top rookie.
Let us know what you think in the comments section below, where you can also ask a question you’d like Nilan and Green to answer in an upcoming bonus episode.
