Spencer Matthews has confessed that being apart from his children for three days felt “too long” after his wife, Vogue Williams, found herself missing their three little ones.
The Irish TV and radio host Vogue, 39, and the ex-Made in Chelsea personality Spencer, 36, are parents to Theo, six, Gigi, four, and two-year-old Otto. But the couple recently left them behind as they went to the Amalfi Coast for three days.
Spencer however admits it felt “bizarre” being away from the children. Speaking on RISE with Roxie Nafousi, Spencer revealed “the kids are always on Vogue’s mind”.

He said: “She is the most amazing mum. She puts them first above and beyond herself, me, it’s all about the kids and she thinks about the kids all the time.
“We were recently in Amalfi for three nights without the kids and it was just bizarre. We’d walk past anything, like a lemon stand, and she’d say ‘oh that reminds me of Otto’ and I’d be like ‘why, why does that remind you of Otto? ‘”
“Everything reminds me of the kids, the kids are always in her mind. Three days is almost too long to do away.”
Spencer also spoke about his role as a father, describing himself as a “fun-loving dad” who “loves spending time with” his children. He acknowledges his fortunate position, being able to balance family time with building his career.
The couple’s romance began in 2017, leading to Spencer’s proposal during a showing of The Lion King in London’s West End a year later. In 2018, Spencer and Vogue tied the knot in a private ceremony in Scotland.
Vogue Williams recently addressed fan concerns on her ‘My Therapist Ghosted Me’ podcast with Joanne McNally after Spencer Matthews left their joint podcast, which ignited rumours. Vogue revealed: “Spenny has quit the Spencer and Vogue podcast and now everyone thinks we’re getting a divorce.”
She also mentioned: “The biggest day for divorce is the fifth of January or something, so everyone’s like ‘it fell at the wrong time'”.
