Police video footage caught a Hooters waitress, who was arrested for drunk driving in Florida, trying to flirt her way out of the traffic stop.
The Sarasota Police Department said the driver, 22-year-old Sophia Ross, was pulled over just before 2 a.m. on Nov. 17 after cops witnessed a vehicle stopping at green lights and hitting several curbs.
According to police bodycam footage obtained by ABC affiliate WFTV, an officer can be seen interacting with the woman, who appears to slur her speech and acts lethargic.
“It seems like you are under the influence of something,” the officer tells the woman.
“Unfortunately, under situations like this, we are going to investigate a DUI,” the officer added before asking if she would be willing to participate in a couple of field sobriety tests.
The woman refused by saying no and promised to not drive after allegedly claiming that she was drinking. She then claimed that she was not driving when officers pulled her over and didn’t know what area of the city she was in.
The conversation became tedious for the arresting officer after the woman continued to deny the allegation that she was driving drunk.

The woman told police that she worked at Hooters and proved it by revealing the famous white tank top under her sweater.
She also attempted to kiss the officer during the traffic stop and called him “daddy.” She eventually refused to finish the sobriety test and was arrested.
Police said the woman’s blood alcohol level was .318, more than three times the state’s legal limit.
