You don’t have to stick to boring foods if you’re following a weight loss plan…
In fact, you can get really exciting with your diet, especially if you’re bulking or trying to torch some calories. Now are you after the ultimate breakfast which is also high in protein and guarantees incredible flavours?
One TikTok user shared a tasty breakfast burrito which contains 425 calories and 50g of protein. Nikita Fair, who boasts 1.8million followers, shared the secret to his succulent breakfast.
In his post, Nikita unveils a steak breakfast burrito recipe. He said: “Today we’re making garlic butter steak breakfast burritos which packs 50g of protein and taste so good that you will be looking forward to eating breakfast everyday.”
He added: “This recipe makes 10 burritos which you can then throw into the freezer and save a lot of time cooking during the week. Take out 60oz of steak and dice it into small pieces and then season with garlic salt and black pepper.
“Add the steak to a pan and cook on a high heat until golden brown, then add some butter and minced garlic for just about a minute or so until the steak is covered.
“Now crack about 20 eggs into a bowl and I like to add some blended cottage cheese as well before mixing them. If you want to make the best eggs, the key is to constantly stir the eggs while your pan is on a low heat.”
He said once the eggs are almost done, add some fat free cheese and fresh chives, before seasoning with garlic salt and giving the dish one final mix.
Nikita detailed: “All you have to do now is assemble with the eggs and steak then add a drizzle of hot sauce then fold it into a burrito. You can even wrap the burrito in foil then throw them in the freezer for up to three months.”
