We’re just one week into season three of The Traitors, but audiences are hooked once again after shock banishments and tactful murders from the contestants.
Despite only the first three episodes of the latest season being aired so far, viewers are already upset about having to wait another year for the next season, but we have good news.
The BBC has announced what many fans have been waiting for: Celebrity Traitors.
For those unfamiliar with the show, it follows 22 contestants in a Scottish castle, three of which are traitors. The others, known as the Faithful, must work out who the traitors are and banish them in order to receive the prize money of up to £120,000.
Traitors must remain undetected whilst trying to sabotage tasks to stop the Faithful from winning tools such as Shields – which make contestants immune from being murdered by the traitors. Each night, traitors get to murder a Faithful. If just one traitor remains in the game, they leave will all the prize money.
Right now the details for Celebrity Traitors are few and far between, with the broadcaster only sharing that it will be released in 2025 and will be a nine-part series.
However, rumours have began circulating that the list of celebrities to be on the show has already been confirmed, and the list contains some of the biggest British names in media.
Of course, for now this is just speculation, but viewers are excited nonetheless.
