It appears all isn’t merry and bright between exes Jodie Turner-Smith and Joshua Jackson, who split in October 2023 yet their divorce is ongoing.

That might be due to Turner-Smith’s claims that Jackson has not paid her any child support since they parted ways.

The Bad Monkey actress said that while she initially opted to “block the court’s ability to award spousal support to both her and Joshua,” according to TMZ, she is now seeking both child and spousal support.

Turner-Smith is requesting he pay her $8,543 per month in child support retroactive to the date of her initial filing, the gossip site reports.

The Agency actress has also requested the Doctor Odyssey lead pay her $28,641 a month in spousal support while their divorce is still pending.

And finally, Turner-Smith is asking the court order the Dawson’s Creek alum to cover her lawyer fees and other costs as their case drags on — to the tune of $250,000.

She argued in the court documents obtained by TMZ that Jackson made more money than her during their four-year marriage and accused him of dragging out their divorce, thus piling up her legal fees.

In the docs, Turner-Smith claimed that Jackson “promised to always support me” and “ensured” her that she would “not have to worry about financial security for our daughter if we ever separated because he said he understood how difficult life can be as a Black woman and a single mother.”

She has since alleged that the former Fringe star is “reneging” on his “promise” to financially protect her and their four-year-old daughter, Juno.

In October, the actress opened up about co-parenting with her estranged husband.

“It’s an adjustment period for anyone when they split up with someone because you’re used to being with your child all the time,” she told Glamour.

“But nobody hands you a manual. Everyone’s trying to figure it out,” she continued.

“Each parent has a different life, and especially if the reason why you’re splitting up is because you have different lives, it’s only further complicated by how you’re going to co-parent.”

Jackson, who dated Lupita Nyong’o from fall 2023 to this past October, has not commented on their ongoing divorce.

In September, he told Us Weekly how much he loved being a girl dad.

“It’s not a part; it’s the whole thing. It’s every single day. She is a joy,” Jackson said, adding that his daughter is his “main priority.”

Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Jackson after four years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
