When you think of winter activities, your mind probably takes you to somewhere cosy, festive, and with a good supply of hot drinks. And for spa lovers, there’s a venue in Bristol that is serving up all of the above, in addition to an array of wintry spa treatments as part of a limited edition spa day package over the next few months.
The Aztec Hotel & Spa in Almondsbury, is offering up a cosy ‘Taste of Winter‘ limited edition package, and it includes a luxurious three course hot chocolate tasting experience, perfect for the hot chocolate lovers out there. Available from December through into February 2025, prices range from £125 for weekdays and from £135 on weekends.
It’s described as being designed to ‘transport guests into a cosy winter retreat, complete with thermal spa access, a 50-minute Caudalie facial treatment and delectable lunch, with a uniquely indulgent hot chocolate tasting experience’.
In full, the package includes full access to guests’ chosen thermal spa facilities, a relaxing two-course lunch, and a special ‘golden ticket’ redeemed for a hot chocolate flight. The flight features three seasonal flavours – gingerbread hot chocolate topped with popping candy, salted caramel and hazelnut hot white chocolate, and marshmallow hot chocolate topped with cream.
What’s more, adding to the seasonal experience, each guest will take home an exclusive Claudalie gift set worth more than £40, including a 10ml fragrance, 30ml shower gel, 75ml hand cream, 10ml VinoPerfect serum, and a 15ml cashmere cream. Each guest will also receive a tote bag and flip-flops they can take with them.
