Tributes have been paid to a young schoolgirl who passed away.
Lauren Lappin (7) from Co Armagh died on Saturday.
She had been battling cancer.
Her school, St Mary’s Primary, Granemore, was among those paying tribute.
“It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of little Lauren, a much-loved pupil of our school,” it said.
The school added: “Lauren brought so much joy to our school community, and she will always hold a special place in our hearts.
“The entire staff and school community send their heartfelt sympathy and prayers to her family at this heartbreaking time.”
A family notice said she was “forever loved by her mother, father and sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and so many, many friends.”

It said donations in lieu of flowers can be made to The Children’s Cancer Unit charity.
Also paying tribute was Granemore Ladies GAA club.
The club posted online: “Lauren you are a beautiful angel now wrapped up in the arms of Jesus.”
