Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has revealed the results of her weight loss journey so far as she celebrates shedding an impressive four stone.

The 24-year-old shared the “milestone” on social media as she received the news from her personal trainer.


The Tapper family became firm favourites among fans of the Channel 4 show Gogglebox, sharing their reactions and thoughts to the week’s TV.

Dad Jonathan, mum Nikki, son Josh and Amy became regular features on the show after their debut in 2013.

However, in 2018 the family left the show and have involved themselves in a number of other ventures.

Josh Tapper entered politics, unsuccessfully running for Labour against Oliver Dowden in Hertsmere, while Amy had dedicated time to hair styling and improving herself.

Tapper, who posts life and fashion advice to her 75,000 followers, also updates fans on her fitness journey.

On Monday, the 24-year-old shared a story celebrating losing four stone as her personal trainer, Natasha Ram, revealed the figure to her.

She wrote alongside the post: “Hit a huge milestone in my weight loss journey today and for the first time in my life I’ve lost four stone!!”

The video showed Tapper jumping with joy, dancing and hugging Ram after she was told the news.

“Been keeping quiet on my journey this time but will reveal all very soon,” Tapper also wrote along with the post.

The 24-year-old had been mostly sharing holiday updates and inviting fans to book an appointment with her hair salon.

Also in the post, Tapper paid tribute to her personal trainer who has been working with her for the last few years.

“You mean more to me than you’ll ever know,” the star wrote to Ram.

The Gogglebox star’s fitness routine has consisted of boxing and weight training as well as more traditional fat burning exercises.

In previous fitness updates fans, have wished Tapper well on her quest to lose weight and get fitter.

“Amazing progress. Hard work is paying off. I hope you feel as good as you look,” one said.
