Toronto man, 48, sought by cops after east-end assault

Toronto Police are looking for help in finding an additional suspect wanted in an aggravated assault investigation.

On Nov. 18 at 3 a.m., police were called to an assault in the Pape-Danforth Aves. area.

Police said the victim was speaking with two suspects before being hit from behind with a blunt object.

The suspects fled in a silver Dodge Caravan and the victim was hospitalized with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have identified a second male suspect as Jason Stacey, 48, of Toronto, who is wanted for aggravated assault and robbery with violence. He is 5-foot-10 with a shaved head, facial hair, musical note tattoos on his left forearm and a tribal face tattoo on his right forearm.
