What is TUI’s luggage allowance?
TUI’s luggage allowance varies depending on whether you are travelling on a package holiday or flight only. Passengers on a flight-only ticket are entitled to:
- One piece of hand luggage of up to 10kg for free. The maximum dimensions of hand luggage can be 55 x 40 x 20cm and you must be able to lift your hand luggage into the overhead storage compartments yourself.
- Things like laptops, handbags and items bought at the airport must fit within the allowed hand luggage item.
- Checked-in luggage can be purchased for an extra charge while booking or through the Flight Extras website if you’ve already booked.
It is always cheaper to pre-purchase luggage than to do so at the airport.
Passengers travelling on a package holiday are entitled to:

Looking at TUI’s US destinations, the airline has recently expanded its offerings with a new route to San Francisco now available for booking.
