Angel Adoree has shared her one frustration with their Forever Home tour and admitted the “annoying” issue with certain venues.
Adoree, Dick Strawbridge and their children Arthur and Dorothy have been touring across the country with thousands attending their sold-out tour.
The family are finally home in their French chateau, which means the couple’s podcast – Dick & Angel… Chat-eau – is finally back being recorded in the comfort of their home.
Whilst they enjoyed being out, they were happy to be back in their home they worked hard to renovate and during a new episode touched on how it felt to see their nearest and dearest through the tour.
Adoree expressed her joy of seeing their agent Sophie attend the tour, whilst Strawbridge added: “It was lovely to see Ash, Ash’s pictures were up there every evening as well.
“He is one of our Producer and Directors who has worked with us a lot. He came across to the Chateau and filmed all the vignettes of the Chateau that we used on the tour.
The family recently returned from their Forever Home tour
“He was there with lovely Alana and his mum and dad. It was just nice, that family get–together is always fun.”
Picking up on a moment which touched her, Adoree added: “The children adore Ash by the way. Ash has brought Alana, his lovely wife over here as well and the children really adore her.
“Because I think when you do an escape, if you were here, you had to come and be here for weeks so it was a real commitment of time and I think, their other halves or family having a connection with the Chateau was really important to make it feel nice.
“But what I loved was just how proud his mum and dad were! It was so nice to see because Ash had done all the filming here for the Jack of all Trades and captured the other stuff as well and it was just so nice and they had a ball.”
Adoree touched on how the children enjoyed the tour
Strawbridge touched on how busy their schedule was and how much they had to squeeze in seeing their loved ones before the show – as they held meet and greets after the show had ended.
He explained: “The manic-ness of seeing people beforehand when we have family with us, you always have to get there a little bit earlier so you can get your hair done and make-up so you have more time for our guests when they come.
“They spend a bit of time with us before, then we have to clear them out when we get ready to go on stage, it is short.
“We can’t see people afterwards because we do our meet and greets and we always do our meet and greets.”
Pointing out some of the issues they had with the meet and greets, he added: “A couple of locations we were at, people seemed to think we weren’t doing them or saying that they couldn’t find us.
“The last thing we would say before we leave the stage was ‘See you at the front for photographs’,” leaving Adoree to interject: “Yeah and we’d put somewhere, wherever is convenient for the theatre.

The family have admitted they are happy to be home
“And I think there have been times where people have gone out one door and not realised but we have never had any control.
“We only ever know if there is a bit of an issue with people not finding us afterwards which is a little bit annoying but we have been there every single night.”
