A south Belfast street was cordoned off on Monday after strong storm winds over the weekend caused by Storm Bert collapsed a chimney on a house.
The incident happened at a terrace property in the Dunluce Avenue area.
Images from the scene earlier showed police in attendance and the street cordoned off to cars and pedestrians.
A black Ford Fiesta parked outside the property was also damaged as a result of the chimney collapse.
The PSNI confirmed police attended the scene due to the potential danger to road users due to the collapse and said it was caused by high winds.
Communities across the UK woke up on Monday to a clean up operation after the weekend’s storm.
Storm Bert arrived on Saturday causing power cuts, travel disruption and flooding across Northern Ireland.
The Department for Infrastructure said it responded to more than 500 incidents since weather alerts were issued on Friday night.
Winds of up to 67mph were recorded in Ballypatrick, Co Antrim on Saturday.
Roads across counties Tyrone, Down and Antrim were blocked by trees and flood waters on Saturday, and properties were flooded in Dundonald, Kilcoo, Coalisland and Ballinamallard as well a Royal Mail property in Mallusk.
Homes near Moat Park in Dundonald, Co Down were affected by flooding. Some residents at Park Avenue were trapped in their homes by the floodwater, with around 18 properties damaged.
Meanwhile, a man in his 80s died after his car entered water at a ford in Colne, Lancashire, on Saturday, while a body was found in the search for Brian Perry, 75, who went missing while walking his dog near the Afon Conwy river in North Wales on the same day.
More than 130 flood warnings and 160 alerts remained in place across the UK on Monday.
