Two men have died and three others injured after a crash close to the border in Co Donegal.
It happened near Castlefinn in the east of the county last night.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision, which took place on the N15 at Liscooley at approximately 10pm.
The scene is about five miles from the border with Tyrone.
Two male occupants, aged in their 30s and from one of the cars, were fatally injured.
A woman and a man, both in their 70s and from the second vehicle, were taken to Letterkenny Hospital for serious injuries.
A second woman, aged in her 30s, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The road remains closed this morning pending a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
