In tonight’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! the public have chosen NI DJ Dean McCullough to face his fears in his third Bushtucker trial in a row.
The Newtownabbey man hasn’t had much success in the jungle so far.
During his first trial he retrieved two stars before calling it quits, and in last night’s episode he and social media star GK Barry returned to camp with zero stars – leaving their campmates with only rice and beans for dinner.
In tonight’s episode, Dean will be completing in the Bushtucker trial ‘Lethal Lab’ alone.
To retrieve the stars Dean will have enter 10 different containment areas and use his tongue/ mouth to unwind the stars while being joined by a range of different critters.
In a preview clip, he can be seen begging presenters Ant and Dec not to tell him what will be joining him in containment area one before hundreds of insects swarm around him.

Last night, viewers watched Dean and GK fail to win any stars in the Down in the Dumps trial.
Dean, who was in the top section, had to feel around in the ‘hell holes’ to find keys with gold tags attached.
He then had to drop the keys into the pipe down to GK who could use the keys to unlock the 10 available stars for camp.
Silver keys were also available, but they wouldn’t unlock anything.
During the trial, they also learned that water would flow through the top section into the bottom section where it would slowly fill up.
As the two got into position, GK admitted: “I have no words.”
As Dean managed to find his first gold key, he passed it down the pipe to GK, but she couldn’t catch it, and as it disappeared into the water filling up below her, she vowed not to move from her position.
With time running out and two minutes left, GK finally conquered her fears and dove down, trying to unlock one of the padlocks with a gold key she had.
“When she screams, I scream, it’s a vicious circle,” Radio 1 star Dean said, explaining the reaction of his Bushtucker trial companion.
Unfortunately viewers watched as GK was only able to hold her breath for a short time, and frustratingly, it seemed every padlock she tried didn’t open.
With Ant and Dec counting down the seconds, she was also spooked by an eel and screamed, “I’m done, I’m done!”
Defeated with zero stars won, GK and Dean went back to camp empty-handed.
“That was awful,” Dean explained.
“I’m mortified to go back and tell them, this is the worst walk of shame I’ve ever done” said TikTok star GK.
