With increased property prices in Bristol over the last few years, some small terraced houses are currently being sold for over £350,000. This meant that, in August 2024, Bristol had the fourth highest average house price in the South West.

Despite these alarming figures where even flats in the Bristol area are being marketed for an average of £269,000, finding a property for less than £100,000 seems almost impossible.

However Right Move has a few properties listed in Bristol which fall under the £100,000 mark. Mostly these are auction guide prices and shared ownership and almost exclusively one bedroom flats.
