For more than three quarters of a century, the CFL championship game has been accompanied by the clip-clop of a horse from Calgary.

This was no different this past Thursday, when steed Tuffy Nuff trotted into the lobby of a hotel in Vancouver in advance of Sunday’s Grey Cup matchup pitting the Toronto Argonauts against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Tuffy, has been the face of the Calgary Grey Cup Committee’s contributions to game-related festivities over the past decade — including in 2019, when the CFL final was played at McMahon Stadium.

Here’s a look at Tuffy’s travels across Canada, bringing a touch of Western hospitality wherever he goes.
