Gut health is thought to be crucial in reducing inflammation – and this means that what a person eats could make a big difference, Nutritionist Sandra Moñino has spoken the food people should include in their diet to reduce inflammation.

On her Instagram profile @nutricionat_, Moñino explained which food we can incorporate into our diet to reduce inflammation, referring to unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
