Princess Eugenie has issued a statement hailing the Royal British Legion after attending The Poppy Ball dinner.
Members of the Royal Family will attend the annual Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall tonight.
King Charles became Patron of the Royal British Legion earlier this year.
The Festival will be attended by King Charles, the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and the Princess Royal.

Princess Eugenie attended a separate event for the Royal British Legion earlier this week.
Eugenie wrote on social media: Last night, ahead of Remembrance Day, I was honoured to join The Poppy Ball dinner in which over £36,000 was raised for the Royal British Legion.
“Since its inception in 2010 it has raised over £1.5 million for the RBL. Fantastic work & I’m so proud to be a patron @royalbritishlegion.”
The Princess of Wales’s appearance at the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance will be just her fourth public engagement this year.

Buckingham Palace announced that King Charles had been diagnosed with cancer in February this year.
A month later, the Princess of Wales revealed her own cancer diagnosis in an emotional video message to the world.

When asked how 2024 has been for him, the prince said: “Honestly? It’s been dreadful. It’s probably been the hardest year in my life.
“So, trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track has been really difficult.
“But I’m so proud of my wife, I’m proud of my father, for handling the things that they have done. But from a personal family point of view, it’s been, yeah, it’s been brutal.”
