Lady Louise and her boyfriend are following Princess Kate and Prince William’s footsteps at St Andrews University.

The university, which is popular with members of the Royal Family, was where Princess Kate and Prince William began their relationship.


They met in 2001 while studying at the Scottish institution.

The Prince of Wales completed his geography degree at the university while Catherine studied the history of art.

Following in the footsteps of the future king and queen, Lady Louise has begun a new relationship with fellow student Felix Da Silva-Clamp, according to The Telegraph.

The publication claims Lady Louise’s friend have confirmed Felix Da Silva-Clamp is her boyfriend

Lady Louis Mountbatten-Windsor, who celebrated her birthday yesterday, began reading English at St Andrews in 2022 when she met Da Silva-Clamp.

The fellow student, who was born in 2004 and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and now studies at the university, is the son of Jonathan and Kendall Clamp.

Lady Louise is considering taking a study year abroad to travel to Macquarie University in Australia with her new boyfriend.

The ginger-haired Da Silver Clamp met Lady Louise’s parents, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, at the Sandringham Horse Driving Trials, where the 21-year-old Royal won a silver medal.

A close friend described the youngest niece of King Charles and 16th inline to the throne as surprisingly normal.

The University friend told The Times “She works a student job during the week, in the canteen, and she takes part in a lot of student theatre productions.

“She was in the chorus for a play called Dragon Fever, she was really good.

They added: “The theatre isn’t massive, so it shows quite a lot of dedication that she’s part of it.”

Her fellow students add: “Louise did well at school, and she really wanted to be stretched.”

The royal’s friends expressed they thought Lady Louise and many of the other royals decided to study at the Scottish Russel group university for the remote location that allows for privacy and protection.

They added: “You don’t have a train station, it’s only really accessible by bus, so you’re kept incredibly safe. The town is basically a student town. It’s a friendly place, easy to get involved.”
