Four men have been arrested on suspicion of dealing stolen goods after a number of non-residential burglaries. Yesterday afternoon, Thursday, November 7, an off-duty Avon and Somerset Police officer noticed vehicles in the Warmley area that had been linked to several burglaries across Bath and North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire, this week.

With support from the National Police Air Service (NPAS) helicopter, officers identified and arrested four men who attempted to escape on foot, police have said. Controlled drugs, stolen cigarettes, vapes and alcohol were also found.

The suspected stolen items were seized during a search of two vehicles and police arrested the individuals. Two men, aged 25 and 27, were arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods, as well as possession with intent to supply drugs.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and possession of class A and B drugs. A 33-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods. All four men remain in police custody at this time.
